Sang Pemberi Hidup, TUHAN, beri hidup kepada segala macam makhluk hidup di senesta ini untuk hidup dan saling menghidupi dan menghidupkan. Hidup yang penuh itu hanya dalam diri kita manusia sebagai mahkota dari segala macam ciptaan. Ini harus diakui saja dan tidak perlu dibantah.

    Kesempatan itu mempunyai tiga segi: tugas, tempat dan tempo. Tiga ‘T’. Kesempatan untuk laksanakan tugas. Ada tempatnya dan ada temponya. Atau dengan kata lain, ada kegiatan, ada waktu dan tempat. Saya gunakan tiga istilah yang agak lain, tugas + tempat + tempo, tiga T, sekedar untuk mudah diingat.

    Hidup ini kesempatan untuk hidup sebagai tujuan dari hidup itu sendiri. Dari hidup ke hidup. Untuk hidup, oleh Sumber Hidup, TUHAN, kita manusia diberi  empat unsur, yaitu: NAFSU + NALAR + NALURI + NURANI.

    NAFSU untuk hidup itu terdiri dari dorongan, mulai dari yang paling dasar, makan-minum sampai kepada dorongan untuk menampilkan diri sebagai satu sosok pribadi yang diberi kesempatan oleh TUHAN untuk tampilkan diri seutuhnya.

    Kita diberi NALAR untuk pertimbangkan dengan matang pakai kesempatan untuk tampilkan diri secara baik, benar dan bagus.

    NALURI diberi Sang Pencipta kepada kita untuk hidup bersama orang lain supaya pakai kesempatan sebaik-baiknya demi kebaikan bersama.

    NURANI ditempatkan TUHAN dalam diri kita untuk selalu mengawasi dan menilai semua tindak-tanduk kita dalam pakai kesempatan setiap saat itu, sesuai atau tidak dengan kehendak TUHAN.

    Inilah keterpaduan antara empat unsur dalam diri kita untuk hargai dan pakai kesempatan yang diberikan TUHAN kepada kita dalam hidup ini. (4N, Kwadran Bele, 2011).

    Kesempatan untuk memadukan ‘tiga T’ dalam diri kita itu sepenuhnya tergantung pada kita sesuai kehendak dari Sang Pemberi Hidup. Tugas bisa terlaksana kalau ada tempat dan tempo. Kalau tempat dan tempo sudah ada lalu tidak diisi dengan tugas, maka sia-sialah kesempatan yang diberi oleh TUHAN. Tempo ada lalu tidak disediakan tempat tambah lagi tugas tidak dilaksanakan, maka tiga-tiganya menjadi kosong. Hilang tempo. Hilang tempat. Hilang kesempatan.

    Pakailah kesempatan dalam hidup ini sebaik-baiknya. Ada banyak tugas, tempat begitu luas, tempo ada. Apa yang kurang lagi dalam hidup ini.
